Hi, I'm Casey Arena, a mother of two, with a background in psychology and clinical mental health counseling. My journey into the field of therapy was guided by a deep empathy and a desire to help others find meaning and healing in their lives.
Throughout my career, I've worked across various settings, from inpatient to community-based services, gaining experience in supporting individuals through their mental health challenges.
